1. Intelligent collaboration with one host controlling two independent lighting heads, enabling dual efficiency – simultaneous curing
or sequential triggering (e.g., pre-curing first, then full curing) can increase production capacity by 200%.

  

2. Water-cooled constant-temperature technology ensures no thermal damage.

   

It features built-in titanium alloy water-cooling channels, ensuring that the temperature rise of the irradiated surface remains ≤1.5°C
(whereas the temperature rise in the mercury lamp version exceeds 40°C). This design effectively eliminates the problems of deformation
or yellowing in heat-sensitive materials such as PET films and PCBs.


Even after 8 hours of continuous operation, the light intensity decreases by less than 3%, and the device has a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours
(twice that of the air-cooled models).



3. High uniformity and narrow spot size, ideal for precision applications  


The 120×20mm rectangular light spot features a uniformity of over 90%, making it perfectly suitable for the following processes:  


- Sealing of mobile phone frames using UV adhesive  

- Curing of inks on FPC flexible circuit boards  

- Application in the adhesive curing processes for microelectronic chip packaging  


With a peak intensity of 8,000 mW/cm² (@365nm), this light source can penetrate 150μm thick black UV adhesive in just 3 seconds.

    The power consumption is only 180W per channel, which represents an 85% reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional
mercury lamps. This results in annual electricity savings of over ¥20,000, assuming 24 hours of operation per day.
